We had a lovely stay with a cozy room that had all the essentials and a beautiful view of the garden. The outdoor seating area was perfect for relaxing, and we also loved watching the various birds flit around. If I had to nitpick, a bit of background music during breakfast would've been nice, but it didn't take away from the experience. 🌼

The breakfast had plenty of options and included fruit juice and cereal. The location was lovely and magnificent for exploring this super area, not far from the farm as well as Skipton. The staff was amiable, really made a difference to my weekend...

The room was small, and although the large bathroom was a tiny consolation, I expected more for my stay. The uphill walk from the pub was, frankly, exhausting. I mean, is it too much to ask for a complimentary upgrade, or at least a greeting that felt warm rather than rehearsed? I almost left a good review, but just couldn't.

The breakfast options were diverse, with homemade jams that added a special touch. My room boasted a lovely view of the garden and was impeccably clean, upgraded with a mini fridge stocked with fresh milk, which I appreciated. Liz, the host, offering fresh muffins . The alpacas outside were undeniably charming. The narrow access roads could pose a challenge, especially when navigating at night. I'd recommend this place for anyone seeking a cozy countryside getaway.

Charming farm stay with alpacas
Crown Cottage Farm is a good retreat with lovely views and cozy accommodations. Liz, the host, sharing stories about the farm and offering delicious homemade jams at breakfast.
While the narrow access roads may feel daunting, the charm of the farm makes the journey worth it. It might be a challenge if you're not comfortable on rural roads, especially at night.

Perfect rural escape!
We stayed for 3 nights and loved every moment. The views from our twin room were fine, and waking up to the sound of the alpacas was so cool! Liz was super cute, and she even offered fresh muffins . The only bummer was the lack of nearby shops. A little more convenience would've been nice.
